These Terms of Service govern your use of the Dam Square Babes website (damsquarebabes.com) and any booking made through this site or our WhatsApp number +31 651 696 659. By accessing the website or making a booking you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the website or our service.
Dam Square Babes is a Netherlands-registered companionship and introductory agency. We act exclusively as an introduction service connecting adult clients with adult companions. We do not employ companions; companions are independent adults who use our agency for client matching.
You must be 21 years of age or older to access this website or book through our service. By using the website you confirm and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and that adult-services content is legal in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual we believe does not meet the age requirement. You may be asked to verify your age and identity at any point during the booking process.
All fees paid to Dam Square Babes or to companions are paid for time and companionship only. Companions are adult professionals offering their time, presence and conversation. Any private arrangements that may occur between consenting adults during a booking are entirely private matters between those adults and not part of the agency service.
We do not facilitate, arrange, advertise or take fees in respect of any specific intimate activity. The agency fee covers introduction, scheduling and verification only.
Bookings are confirmed when our office issues a confirmation message via WhatsApp. Cancellations more than 2 hours before the booked arrival time incur no fee. Cancellations within 2 hours of arrival, or no-shows, incur a 50% cancellation fee payable on next booking.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking at our discretion — including for safety concerns, intoxication, abusive language during booking, suspected age misrepresentation, or any reason that places a companion at risk. In such cases no refund is owed.
Companion fees are paid in full at the start of the booking, in cash (Euro) directly to your companion. Verified regular clients may use SEPA bank transfer with prior arrangement. We do not process credit card payments. We do not store any payment information.
Pricing displayed on the website is the current standard pricing. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Pricing in effect at the moment of booking confirmation is the pricing that applies to that booking.
Companions are adults entitled to courtesy and respect throughout any booking. The following conduct will result in immediate termination of the booking with no refund: abusive language or behaviour, attempts to coerce activities outside what was agreed, intoxication that compromises safety, refusal to respect a companion’s stated boundaries, or any threatening or violent behaviour.
Photography, video or audio recording during bookings is strictly prohibited. Discovery of recording during or after a booking will result in legal action and permanent service ban.
Companion identity, real name, address and personal information are confidential and not to be sought, shared or disclosed. Asking for personal contact details outside the agency, social media handles, real names, or home addresses is strictly prohibited.

We provide bookings to Amsterdam (all districts) and the wider Netherlands including Schiphol Airport, Utrecht, Den Haag, Rotterdam, and select locations on request. Travel surcharges apply for destinations outside central Amsterdam — these are quoted at booking confirmation.
All website content — text, images, design, code — is the intellectual property of Dam Square Babes or its licensors. Companion photography is published with companion consent and is not to be reproduced, downloaded, screenshot-shared or used in any way outside this website.
Use of any agency content for marketing, comparison, AI training, or republishing without written permission is prohibited.
Dam Square Babes acts solely as an introduction service. We are not liable for any conduct, action, statement or omission of a companion or client before, during or after a booking. Any private arrangement made between consenting adults is the sole responsibility of those adults.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from use of this website or any booking is limited to the booking fee paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising from these terms or any booking will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.
We may update these terms periodically. The current version always lives at damsquarebabes.com/terms. Material changes will be communicated via WhatsApp to active clients. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
